Wisconsin's Most Beautiful Golf Course

Set among the rolling slopes of Geneva Lake’s beautiful south shore, in the heart of one of America’s favorite resort areas, rich in natural beauty, it rises to spectacular views of the lake and its surrounding hillsides. An outstanding 18 hole course of carefully manicured greens, lush fairways, beautifully tended trees, and wooded hillsides it is a course of true  championship caliber. Everything you need is at your fingertips; carts and rental clubs are ready for your use, locker rooms are available for groups, and clothing and accessories may be purchased in a fully stocked golf shop.

Course Information

Designed by Ken Killian and Dick Nugent in 1970.  With the most recent redesign/renovation by Mike Schulz Golf Designs 1988-2012. Starting in August of 2021, Abbey Springs will be undertaking a $2.5 Million dollar renovation project, designed by Lohman Quinto. Please see the renovations page for more details & updates.

Course is maintained by Director of Grounds Andy Kronwall, since 2016, and his staff. Key personnel being  Superintendent Lee Suwalski and Equipment Manager Steve Patin.

The Golf Course has an average Tee size of 2,000 sq ft, Average Green Size of 6,200 sq ft, 20 aces of Fairway, along with 45 acres of rough.  Water hazards are on 6 holes with a total of 25 sand bunkers throughout the course. For yardage, please see our scorecard.

Catering to golfers and families alike, the Clubhouse Grille is a great place to catch breakfast or lunch. Our seasonally shifting menu features full breakfast, upscale sandwiches and burgers, salads, appetizers and handmade pizzas. The bar at the Grille is the perfect spot to unwind after a round of golf.
