As unit owners you and your family will be able to experience all the amenities of Abbey Springs.


  • Clubhouse Grille; Catering to golfers and families alike, the Clubhouse Grille is a great place to catch breakfast or lunch. Our seasonally shifting menu features full breakfast, upscale sandwiches and burgers, salads, appetizers and handmade pizzas. The bar at the Grille is the perfect spot to unwind after a round of golf. During the summer season The Grille hosts very popular dinner buffets on Friday and Saturday nights. 
  • Pool Cafe; Adjacent to the Clubhouse Grille, and offers swimmers and all guests, a relaxed environment to grab a quick lunch, snack or hand scooped Chocolate Shoppe ice cream which features 8 irresistible flavors.
  • Picnic Grounds; Located at the beach, we offer picnic tables at a first come first serve basis, along with grills for owners use while at the beach.
  • Below Deck; We offer delicious menu items specializing in serving you on the fly or if you are staying, dine al fresco and enjoy the "one-of-a-kind" view of the lake.  Below Deck offers beachside dining at its best.  Quality contemporary sandwiches, wraps, salads and snacks are features of the menu.  The full bar offers daily drink specials, smoothies and to-go orders for on the beach dining.
  • Yacht Club; Overlooking beautiful Geneva Lake, the Yacht Club is the ideal setting for a relaxing, upscale dining experience. You can challenge your taste buds with flavors only Chef Ben can put together.
  • Banquet Room and Lakefront Tent; Available to rent out for private events. Abbey Spring’s main clubhouse is an elegant option foryour next event. Seating up to 200 guests, the room also features a beautiful bar and a spacious deck with views of our lush golf course. In-house sound systems, projector & screen options, linens and chair covers are all amenities we are proud to offer as well. Abbey Springs Lakefront Tent is located feet off the shore of Geneva Lake, our seasonally permanent tent is beyond words! Accommodating between 100-150 guests, the tent is a great location for corporate events, wedding ceremonies and family gatherings. Available May through October.


  • Abbey Springs Marina; services the owners of Abbey Springs each year. It has become one of the most popular recreational venue for owners.  The Marina has 88 boat slips, 14 buoys with tender service, 156 boats on trailers in the dry storage service, and approximately 28 spaces on the dinghy docks for kayaks, canoes, small sailboats etc. 
  • Boat Club;  We have partnered with The Boat House Marina of Lake Geneva to offer the Abbey Springs Boat Club with boats located in our Marina so that you do not have to leave property to get on the Lake.

Lakefront Recreation

  • Beach; We offer a 100ft private beach for our unit owners.  There is a swim area, along with platforms for the kids to jump off!
  • Sand Volleyball; Volleyball is the ultimate non-contact team sport that everyone can play. It is played by two teams on a playing court divided by a net. The ball is played by hitting it with the hands or arms.
  • Bocce Ball; Bocce is without a doubt one of the most exciting and enjoyable sports. You may be interested in playing bocce ball competitively, or you might just want to play a friendly game in your back yard. No matter your level of competition, the rules of bocce are relatively basic, and allow you to start playing and enjoying this wonderful game within minutes.
  • Basketball; Basketball is a team sport, the objective being to shoot a ball through a basket horizontally positioned to score points while following a set of rules. Usually, two teams of five players play on a marked rectangular court with a basket at each width end. Basketball is one of the world's most popular and widely viewed sports.
  • Bags/Cornhole; A lawn game in which players take turns throwing bags of corn (or bean bags) at a raised platform with a hole in the far end.
  • Playground;  Nestled behind the beach is a large play land for kids of all ages to enjoy.  From the curvy slide to the swings there is something for everyone.
  • Lakeshore Path; A pleasant walk along the Geneva Lake shore path is a wonderful way to enjoy the beauty of the West End. Some visitors are surprised to learn that the entire shoreline is publicly accessible. Although there will always be some mystique behind the doors of the impressive homes along the shore, walkers are free to enjoy spectacular views from the path. The entire journey around the lake is approximately 21 miles. Though possible to accomplish on a long summer day, most people enjoy breaking it up into several shorter adventures.

Clubside Recreation

  • Indoor and Outdoor Pools; Our aquatic facility includes four pools (Indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, outdoor and zero-depth pool), which provide limitless possibilities for the casual swimmer all the way up to advanced athletes.
  • Extensive Workout Facility; Our Fitness Center, remodeled in 2019,  is equipped with top of the line exercise equipment. Our two-story fitness center includes a state-of-the art cardio room and strength training room equipped with dumbbells, top notch fitness equipment, medicine balls, and exercise equipment to meet all of your workout needs.   
  • Yoga Studio; In season we offer 7 all level yoga classes weekly. Basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.  If weather permits, classes do meet at the Lakefront in the mornings.
  • Water Aerobics; Tone and sculpt your body with no impact to your joints. This popular water aerobics workout is a swimming blend of cardio and resistance training, and may incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles.
  • Pickleball; Pickle-ball is a combination of Ping-Pong, tennis, and badminton and has been enjoyed for over 45 years by people of all ages. This mini-tennis game is played by 2 or 4 people on a badminton-sized court using wood, or composite paddle racquets and a plastic, poly baseball with holes.
  • Tennis; Abbey Springs has four pristine har-tru tennis courts. This soft material plays just like clay and is very forgiving on the body. The courts are watered twice a day and also swept to make sure they are in top playing condition. Members can enjoy watching the game while on the deck of the outdoor pool. Overlooking the courts is the infamous Abbey Springs 18 hole golf course, Wisconsin's most beautiful course.
  • Game Room; This room overlooks the indoor pool and is fun for the whole family.  With video games, pool table, ping pong, and air hockey everyone can get involved. 


  • Member enjoy 18 holes of meticulously manicured greens, lush fairways, beautifully tended trees and wooded hillsides.  A golf course of true country club ambience and challenges
